Lupine Library provides early literacy services including:

• Nursery library design
• Personalized book curation
• Virtual or in-home consultations with a literacy specialist

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via the Site.
• Full payment or deposit is required to confirm a session.
• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, check, credit card

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 20%.
• One-time rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information when booking.
• You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
• You may not reproduce or distribute content from the Site without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, text, images, designs) is the property of Lupine Library or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
